Common questions
I forgot my password.
Click “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page and enter your username. We'll email you a link to set a new one. More
Where are my new auditions?
Projects with takes added since your last visit show a “new takes” count, and new takes are marked “New” inside the project. More
How do I download the takes?
Click a file name for one take, or click Download in the bar at the bottom for a zip of all, shortlisted, or booked takes. More
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Every page works on a phone: each take is a card with the same controls, and a bar at the bottom handles booking and downloads. More
Where do I sign out or change my settings?
Click the person icon at the right of the top bar (on a phone, tap ☰). It has the theme switch, this guide, your settings, and Sign out. More
I can't see a project my colleague can.
You only see projects you've been added to; closed ones are under Finished. Ask your Studio Center producer to add you.
How do I start a new project?
Fill in the form at studiocenterauditions.com/new-project; no account needed. A producer will be in touch to set up casting. More
Can a colleague without an account listen?
Yes: create a review link under Share for review on the project page. They can listen, but not rate, comment, or book. More
